The Turvanasta campus is located in Turku, Finland. It consists of our headquarters, our product development unit, our tooling unit and our production unit. These units interact on a daily basis which allows us to ensure the manufacturability and the quality of new products. The tooling and machine building units play an important role in guaranteeing the agility and precision of our operations.

The cold-forming unit operates in Parainen, a city located at a 30-minute drive from Turku. It is equipped with the most modern technology and it enables us to design and produce more complex and highly customised products.

Today Turvanasta has a production capacity of 1.5 billion studs annually. To increase our competitiveness, we have invested heavily in automation. We have also optimized every part of our operations to shorten the journey of a stud from the drawing board to production as much as possible without compromising the quality.
