How to file a complaint?
If you want to make a complaint to the Turvanasta testing laboratory do the following:
1. Send a written complaint to the quality officer at Turvanasta or to the vendor of the service. The complaint does not need to comply to a set form and can be submitted by email.
2. In the complaint you need to mention
a.What test number the complaint is concerning
b.The part of the test report or the function the complain is concerning
c.Define the matter of the complaint
3. The Executive Board of Turvanasta supervises the handling of the deviations of the testing laboratory. It also supervises the execution of the tasks of the laboratory as well as their effects.
4. The handling and the result of the complaint will be documented in a written answer that includes the decisions as well as the actions taken.
